Hi, I'm Gaurav.

I'm a Senior Program and Product Manager working across fintech, payments, and KYC/AML, based in the Greater Sydney area. Outside of that day job, I split my time across three things: building apps end to end, working directly with organisations as a hands-on project manager, and running Jobseeker Circle, a community for people navigating the Australian job market.

I know what it feels like to land in Australia with everything to prove and no idea how the market actually works — that experience is why Jobseeker Circle exists.

On the apps side, I've shipped NexRelate (a relationship-nurturing app for staying in touch with the people who matter), Flymate (helping travelers meet people at the airport or on a connecting flight), and a Digital Marketing Assistant that helps founders figure out exactly who their ideal customer is. I like taking a product from a rough idea to something real people use.

On the consulting side, I work directly with organisations as a hands-on project/program manager — brought in for the stretch where a project needs structure, momentum, and someone accountable for it landing, not a permanent headcount.

And through Jobseeker Circle, I help people looking for their next role move faster — sharper positioning, a plan instead of spray-and-pray applications, and a community that keeps you accountable.

I write about all of this — product decisions, consulting lessons, and job search strategy — on the blog, roughly once a week.
